Zara Toomer

Zara has always had a love for animals from a very young age. Growing up with cats, dogs and other small furries was a huge part of her life.

Zara has a great passion for rescuing animals from the UK and abroad, and has given a loving home to five Greek rescue dogs over the years.

Zara currently has 3 dogs; Jack, Roo and Ellie.. along side of these she also has 5 cats, one of whom is a blind rescue cat who is also Greek - and yes, she takes the name 'crazy cat lady' very seriously!

Before joining Dumbledore Vets, Zara has worked for an international pet shipping company for almost 10 years, during her time there she has gained great knowledge about the world of pet shipping, the rules, regulations and veterinary requirements and was always on hand to guide owners through the procedure of transporting their beloved 'fur-child' overseas.

When her hands aren't full taking care of the furry family members you will find Zara with her two young children, Loki & Sierra.
